The terra ("soil" in Latin) cooking concept is based on a culinary practice that is led by soil, weather, environment factors and culture. The cooking here is focused particularly on the seasonal ingredients, promoting local organic produce and supporting community (Farmers’ Co-Op).  

At Terra the aim is to showcase the best of northern Thailand’s cool-climate highland produce that is one of the country’s best-kept secrets. 

All of the fruits and vegetables used here are naturally or organically grown, and sourced from either our own highland farms or from our community of local farmers.

Sourcing the produce as close to the kitchen door as possible whilst also training and employing local teams, and ensuring that Terra’s core values of sustainability and responsible tourism are adhered to.
